Going Green
Our contribution in making this planet a cleaner place, Williams Web Solutions is going green (and not by buying carbon credits)! We have made changes in a number of ways including some of these:
- Keeping our current vehicles maintained to help reduce carbon emissions.
- Changing incandescent bulbs to energy saving fluorescents.
- Adjusting power options on our workstations and servers to reduce the amount of electricity consumed.
- Rather than sending out paper brochures, we are using an e-mail marketing service.
- Rather than printing proposals and contracts unless otherwise necessary, we convert them to PDF files and send them by e-mail.
- Offering invoices and statements to be sent by e-mail rather than killing more trees by using envelopes and thus reducing paper waste in landfills.
By doing simple things like we have done above and more, you can also help make this world a much cleaner and better place.

If you've been or currently are a Williams Web Solutions client and would like to help us, please complete the form to the right if you would like to receive your invoices and statements by e-mail rather than postal mail. By switching from paper to e-mail, we are saving energy, not killing more trees, and helping to bring down costs...which can in turn help bring down prices. Please complete the form below if you would like your invoices to be sent to your Account Payable department by E-mail, regular US Postal mail, or both.
